Thanks to our Wellbeing Team who are starting every morning with a Wake Up, Shake Up dance in each class for Wellbeing Week šŗ
Lots of activity for each day of Wellbeing Week..
Mindful Monday was our first day - we started our āFeel Good Factorā poster, did some work on an appreciation station and enjoyed mindfulness music & breathing exercises in our classes.
Well-being Homework helped us feel great š
