An Garda Síochána Childrens’ Workbook

6th Class was invited to the launch of “An Garda Síochána Childrens’ Workbook” at the Garda Headquarters in Renmore. We were delighted to be there with our local Community Garda Petrina Devery who did some workshops at Barnaderg NS lately. There were a number of other schools from around the city and county present and we were delighted to join them. We can’t wait to welcome Garda Petrina to the school again soon.

When the Assistant Commissioner Cliona Richardson spoke, she reminded us that we can trust the gardaí, we can rely on the gardaí and that the gardaí will protect us and work in the best interest of all.

If we go to the city on another occasion, they will have a chance to give us a tour of the Garda Headquarters too!
