5th/6th Hurling

5th/6th Class had a super first hurling session with Ian Murphy from Abbeyknockmoy Hurling today. Ian has enough hurleys for everyone & a lot of helmets - if anyone has an old helmet to donate at home, or can loan us a helmet, we would be very grateful though.

He will take 3rd/4th Class on the Monday after the midterm break. They can bring in a helmet if they have one, but are not to bring in a hurley.

Ian is very impressed with 5th/6th Class & he hopes some of them will join the Abbeyknockmoy training sessions when they start up next month.
